The purpose of this job is to support implementation of the county’s Lead Hazard Reduction Capacity Building Program through community outreach, client engagement, intake coordination, education, enrollment activities, and stakeholder collaboration. This position is responsible for increasing awareness of lead hazards and available resources, recruiting eligible households into the program, coordinating referrals and enrollment activities, supporting data collection and reporting efforts, and maintaining strong relationships with community partners and residents. This position serves as a primary point of contact for residents and community stakeholders participating in the Lead Hazard Reduction Capacity Building Program and future Lead Hazard or Healthy Homes funding and other related programs. This position is grant-funded.
