About The Position

As an LG Home Theater Expert, you’ll work in a Best Buy retail store to promote, demonstrate and sell home theater products, with an emphasis on the LG brand. Best Buy provides training to help you become an expert. You’ll explain complex technology in simple terms so customers can understand the unique value of each product. You’ll also share your LG product knowledge with sales associates and help ensure the team is prepared to assist customers. The role involves keeping current on home theater technology, maintaining an organized department, educating team members about LG products, and providing feedback to vendor partners and market teams through calls and in-person meetings. The schedule is flexible and includes holidays, nights and weekends.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience serving as a specialist in premium, luxury or complex technology solutions.
At least 1 year of experience working with consumer electronics.
