About The Position

654Global is a ground transportation company specializing in safe, reliable transportation for commercial airline flight crews. The Shuttle Supervisor oversees daily shuttle operations, manages and supports drivers, and helps ensure efficient, safe, and punctual service. The role coordinates with dispatch, airline personnel, and company management; addresses service issues; and may cover trips when drivers call out. The position also supports hiring, onboarding, training, vehicle inspections, maintenance coordination, compliance, and recordkeeping.

Requirements

At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
Must be at least 25 years old due to insurance requirements.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, MVR report, and background check.
Comfort using technology to track flight schedules and navigate.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

CDL with passenger endorsement, if applicable.
Experience in airport shuttle or airline transportation services.
Knowledge of DOT and airport transportation regulations.
Experience with dispatch coordination or fleet management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shuttle operations, scheduling, and on-time service.
Manage, train, guide, and coach shuttle drivers; assist with hiring and onboarding.
Address and resolve customer complaints, service issues, delays, and operational challenges.
Liaise between dispatch, airline personnel, and company management.
Cover shuttle trips when necessary due to driver call-outs.
Monitor driver schedules.
Ensure services comply with DOT, airport, and company safety regulations.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of driver performance, incidents, and safety checks.
Help enforce safety policies and train drivers on best practices.
Communicate service expectations to drivers and dispatch.
Help passengers with inquiries and support a seamless transportation experience.
