Multi-Office - Global Finance – Mid- to Senior-Level Leverage Finance Associate
About The Position
Winston Taylor is seeking an associate with at least four years of substantive finance experience for their Global Finance group. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a broad spectrum of bank and non-bank financial institutions in syndicated and club transactions, particularly in relation to private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Experience in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance is also considered beneficial. Strong deal experience at a large law firm, with a focus on cash flow lending and other sophisticated finance transactions, is preferred. Candidates will be considered for the New York, Chicago, and Charlotte offices. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location. Requirements
