Level 2 Auto Maintenance Technician
About The Position
Toyota Bountiful is hiring a career-minded Level 2 Maintenance Technician for its modern service center in Bountiful, Utah. The position offers a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities to develop automotive skills through training and mentorship. The dealership is part of the Performance Automotive Network and describes itself as family-owned and operated, with more than 45 years of success. This is a full-time schedule of four 10-hour days. Pay is $17–$20 per hour, depending on experience and pace. The role is suited to someone dependable and motivated who wants to build a career in automotive maintenance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass pre-employment substance screening.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of automotive experience preferred.
- Completion of an automotive technology program is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform lube, oil, and filter changes.
- Conduct tire rotations, balancing, and cooling system flushes.
- Assist with maintenance services and basic repairs.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates.
- Follow shop safety standards and cleanliness protocols.
- Participate in hands-on training and mentoring opportunities.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Assist with shop equipment and tool upkeep.
