About The Position

We are seeking a Level 1 Endpoint Management Technician to support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end-user devices across the organization. This role focuses on ensuring consistent, secure, and efficient endpoint delivery and experience while working closely with internal IT teams and end users.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of IT support or endpoint management experience
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and common business applications
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with NinjaOne (RMM/patching/monitoring)
  • Experience with SOTI MobiControl (MDM for Android/iOS devices)
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune (device configuration, compliance, and deployment)
  • Basic understanding of endpoint security tools and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1 support for endpoint-related issues (Windows, mobile devices, peripherals)
  • Assist with provisioning, imaging, and deployment of laptops, desktops, mobile devices and Printers
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patching of endpoint systems
  • Support device lifecycle processes including onboarding, replacements, and decommissioning
  • Support and maintain accurate asset and configuration records
  • Assist with endpoint security compliance and policy enforcement
  • Document procedures, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
