About The Position

Team Next Level, a locally owned Domino’s franchise with 22 stores across Oklahoma, is hiring a Level 1 Assistant Manager. This role is intended for a people-focused leader interested in developing toward a General Manager position. The Assistant Manager helps lead the team, supports daily store operations, coaches and develops team members, and contributes to excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The position includes an up to 16-week training program covering all aspects of store management. During training, pay is $14 per hour. After training, placement is at Level 1, starting at $14 per hour, or Level 2, starting at $15 per hour, based on training performance and readiness. The advertised starting pay range is $14–$16 per hour, with work of up to 45 hours per week.
