About The Position
The Les Mills BodyPUMP Instructor at Jim & Heather Gills YMCA is responsible for leading Les Mills BodyPUMP classes, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for participants. This role requires strong interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, and build rapport to inspire and relate well to others. The instructor must be at least 18 years of age and possess a current Les Mills BodyPUMP® Instructor Certification. Successful candidates will also need to pass a 10-panel drug screen and a Level 2 background check.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidate must possess current Les Mills BodyPUMP® Instructor Certification.
- Ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills.
- Must work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Clear a Level 2 background check.
