About The Position
The Jim & Heather Gills YMCA is seeking an Indoor Cycling Instructor to lead engaging and motivating indoor cycling classes. This role requires a candidate who is at least 18 years of age, possesses current Indoor Cycling Instructor Certification, and has strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with diverse populations, build rapport, inspire, and relate well to others. Successful candidates must pass a 10-panel drug screen and a Level 2 background check.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess current Indoor Cycling Instructor Certification.
- Strong interpersonal, listening and customer service skills.
- Must work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
- Builds rapport, inspires and relates well to others.
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Clear a Level 2 background check
