As a Lending System Analyst II, you will report directly to the Director of Consumer Lending Underwriting and Quality Assurance and will work closely with our Lending System vendors and internal teams to ensure quality loan application and digital services are delivered to our members. You will support the day-to-day operations, design, and implementation of assigned credit union loan products and services, and test systems related to the Lending System by complying with relevant standards, policies, operating procedures, and service level agreements for the Consumer Lending System. Knowledge of the lending process, an investigative mind, and effective oral and written communication skills are essential for this position. Provide end-user helpdesk support. Acts as the liaison between the LOS and Information Technology departments and Origence. Ensure systems are maintained within company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Performing other duties, as needed, for optimal performance of the Consumer Lending Operating System by the Director of Consumer Lending Underwriting and Quality Assurance and AVP of Consumer Lending. Remains cognizant of and adheres to credit union policies and procedures, and regulations.
