About The Position

Reliable Auto Finance is seeking a Lending Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in an office environment and grow within the company. No prior experience is required; they are willing to train the right candidate. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • No previous experience required – training provided (previous customer service/administrative preferred).
  • Finance/Accounting/Business background highly favored.
  • Ability to work Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (40 hours/week) and two Saturdays/month from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
  • Must be detail oriented with strong accuracy and consistency.
  • Able to perform high levels of multi-tasking in an organized manner.
  • Intermediate math skills including (but not limited to): adding, subtracting, and conversion to percentages.
  • Quick study; self-starter, self-disciplined, and eager to learn.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and equality.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication including verbal and phone skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct “Welcome Calls” confirming lease and payment information, verify contract information, and explain payment methods and GPS.
  • Review credit applications, proof of income, and credit report information to determine creditworthiness of applicants.
  • Conduct employment verifications and reference checks.
  • Review contracts for accuracy, sort documentation and prepare for Underwriter's approval.
  • Analyze information, make recommendations, and improve efficiency.
  • Use of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel for maintenance, creation, and performing of daily tasks.
  • Answer phones, filing, data entry for record keeping, and providing funding for loans.
  • Assist other departments when needed and other duties as assigned to conduct business.
