About The Position

The Lender Placed Analyst I (LPA I) is responsible for providing information and assistance in the placement of insurance and the use of Proctor’s various products and programs. The LPA I must be able to effectively problem solve issues that may arise. The LPA I is responsible for performing technical and administrative tasks and maintain client documentation. This role involves working with the Outsourcing Operations team for file processing, performing technical and administrative tasks such as daily file processing, letter generation, refund processing, billing, and payment reconciliation. The LPA I will also maintain client documentation, handle problem resolution, and participate in UAT for system changes/enhancements/letter writing. A key aspect of this role is maintaining frequent, open communication with clients, with particular sensitivity to their changing needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed Proctor LP standards
  • Good communication and proficient computer skills
  • Ability to think analytically
