About The Position
The Lender Placed Analyst I (LPA I) is responsible for providing information and assistance in the placement of insurance and the use of Proctor’s various products and programs. The LPA I must be able to effectively problem solve issues that may arise. The LPA I is responsible for performing technical and administrative tasks and maintain client documentation.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Attendance/Quality/Production must meet or exceed Proctor LP standards
- Good communication and proficient computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Insurance or mortgage industry background
- Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Working with the Outsourcing Operations team for file processing
- Perform technical and administrative tasks such as: Daily file processing, Letter generation, Refund processing, Billing, Payment reconciliation
- Maintain client documentation
- Problem resolution
- UAT – system changes/enhancements/letter writing
- Responsible for frequent, open communication with clients with particular sensitivity to changing needs and requirements.
