We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student intern to join our Legal Department. The summer legal intern will work closely with the entire legal team, providing essential support on a variety of legal projects and daily activities.

Requirements

• Strong interest in practicing law.
• Interest in procurement, vendor contracts, and the impact of AI on legal operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and a desire to work on challenging projects.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a can-do approach to projects and commitment to on-time project delivery.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Currently working towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in law (e.g., pre-law, political science, business, or related field).
• Prior coursework or exposure to legal concepts.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research on various topics as assigned.
• Assisting with the review, organization, and management of legal documents and files.
• Supporting the preparation of legal correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Performing general administrative tasks to support the Legal Department.
