The role also involves handling time-sensitive and confidential documents, maintaining billing and reporting logs, distributing mail and packages, performing reproduction tasks like scanning and printing, conducting quality checks on copiers, maintaining service logs, managing conference rooms, and assisting with facilities tasks. Occasional overtime may be required.
