Requirements
- Prior experience in legal recruiting or strong legal industry connections
- Proven ability to generate business and close placements
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- An established network of attorneys, partners, in-house counsel, or legal hiring managers
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with legal professionals and hiring managers
- Generate and fill legal job orders
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Partner with internal teams to deliver qualified candidates
- Utilize recruiting technology and data tools to drive efficiency
