About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Legal Operations Processor to support the Writs and Levies functions in Legal Services within the Chief Operating Office (COO). In this role, you will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will interact with internal and external business partners, and negotiate with external business partners to assure resolutions and deadlines are met. You will perform moderately complex administrative, operational and customer support tasks, and provide training to less experienced Operational Legal Specialists. You will receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. You will seek ways to improve customer service experience and determine the proper course of action based on business partners' needs. You will support various operational tasks relating to subpoenas, levies and other legal documents representing Wells Fargo.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Legal Operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Ability to work outside of regular business hours as needed
  • Ability to work additional hours including weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location(s) on the job opening

  • Financial services experience
  • Experience with Wells Fargo Writs and Levies processes and procedures
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Proficient technology skills, including operational systems and tools, such as: Hogan and 1LLG
