About The Position

The Massachusetts Port Authority is seeking a Legal Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department. This role involves organizing priorities, workflows, and initiatives, managing financial and administrative processes such as billing, budgeting, and expense tracking, and maintaining accurate records. The coordinator will also serve as a key resource for legal technology, coordinating system access, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in legal operations, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional office administration experience; legal office experience preferred, with exposure to legal operations or administrative functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Technically proficient and adaptable, with experience supporting legal technology systems and a proven collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Legal office experience preferred, with exposure to legal operations or administrative functions.
