This position provides exceptional service to the business by greeting and assisting all visitors, and answering and transferring incoming calls from all over the United States. The role acts as a model for Vision, Values, and Mission, building professional relationships with customers and other teams. It is responsible for timely updates of company phone and speed dial lists, the Brag Board, and the company calendar, as well as updating the automated messaging center daily. The position also assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks and is responsible for ordering, maintaining, and distributing promotional items for the Promotional Store. Other duties as assigned.
