About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times
  • Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry and filing
