About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Part-Time Field Marketer/Networking to help grow our presence in the personal injury space. This is a field-based role focused on relationship building, networking, and community outreach. This is a highly relationship-driven, field-based position where approximately 80–90% of the role involves driving to current and potential clients, attending meetings, and building connections in the community. While the position starts with an hourly base rate, this role is designed for individuals motivated by performance-based earnings and long-term growth opportunities. Strong performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their compensation through bonuses and relationship development. This position involves significant local driving, frequent in-person visits, and face-to-face relationship development. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. Must have personal injury experience, personality, reliability, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • In-person position only (no remote work)
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Comfortable with frequent local driving (gas reimbursement provided)
  • Available Monday–Friday during business hours (8am–5pm)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Easy to talk to, bubbly, cheerful, and confident personality
  • Comfortable initiating conversations and networking
  • Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Personal injury experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal marketing, personal injury, healthcare, or business development
  • Familiarity with the local community
  • Existing professional relationships in the personal injury space
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Ability to Commute to North Las Vegas, NV 89032 (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, medical providers, and referral partners
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, lunches, and networking events
  • Drive locally to partner locations on a regular basis
  • Represent the company professionally in person and in the community
  • Spark conversations and build rapport easily
  • Track outreach efforts and relationship activity
  • Work closely with leadership to support marketing and business development goals
