Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, or call handling roles
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and following workflows

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all leads are processed within the expected timeframe (target within 24 hours)
  • Maintain consistent contact with leads to keep them engaged
  • Process leads and ensure timely follow-up and communication
  • Answer incoming phone calls and properly vet potential clients
  • Manage and oversee the full intake process for incoming leads
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support case progression
  • Move qualified cases efficiently through the pipeline
  • Send intake forms and guide potential clients through completion
  • Organize and maintain structured intake workflows
  • Gather and document client information accurately
