About The Position

Mona Shah & Partners Global (MSA Global) is a U.S.-based law firm opening an office in the UK, specializing in business investment immigration (EB-5). We have a large and diverse client base representing individual, institutional, and corporate clients around the globe. We use our expertise in structuring, configuring, and preparing EB-5 and other business immigration investment projects involving multi-million-dollar raises. The work here at MSP Global is often challenging, high-quality, and creative, and requires someone with enthusiasm, initiative, and attention to detail. Established in 1997, headquartered in Manhattan, New York, and in the UK, Mona Shah & Partners Global (“MSP”) is experienced in global investment, business immigration, direct investments, corporate & securities law. MSP is an established leader, highly regarded within the industry, and regularly quoted. MSP has extensive experience in financing, formulating & strategizing projects and investments, as well as administering compliance.
