Interns participate in a structured series of development opportunities, including interactions with senior leadership and career pathing insights. The experience also includes immersion in Huntington’s award-winning culture through community involvement and team-based activities. Internships at Huntington are designed to help students build a strong foundation for future career success while contributing to meaningful business initiatives. The Legal team is seeking a rising 3L (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 grads) for an 11-week, role-aligned Enterprise Internship Program. This experience involves working directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives. In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities. All interns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization. Program components may include experience in day-to-day responsibilities related to their assigned team, exposure to broader business functions, a structured schedule of professional development sessions, opportunities to engage with members of the Executive Leadership Team, discussions with senior leaders regarding career paths and Huntington’s business areas, a team project focused on applying Huntington’s innovation framework to a business-relevant problem, and participation in volunteer activities and internal events aligned with Huntington’s culture. The employment law team is looking for a 3L to assist with legal research, preparing memos, reviewing and interpreting legal documents while supporting attorneys and paralegals as needed. The Legal Intern will have the opportunity to observe various legal proceedings, including court arguments, depositions, mediations, and client meetings. Within the Legal team, interns gain exposure to internal and external counsel. A focus for the law clerk intern is introductions and networking with several premier law firms across our footprint, where Huntington is a prominent client.
