About The Position

Soleo Health is seeking a Legal Intern to support our business needs. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Legal Intern will support the Legal team on a variety of research, compliance, and operational initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of healthcare law and corporate compliance, with a focus on legal research, policy review, and data analysis. The intern will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments and gain exposure to real-world legal and regulatory challenges in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in law, legal studies, pre-law, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working with data, spreadsheets, or policy documentation

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research across federal and state laws and regulations, including tracking and summarizing updates
Assist in reviewing, updating, and organizing internal policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
Support cross-functional initiatives by gathering information and collaborating with internal departments
Analyze and validate data related to compliance, vendor management, and regulatory requirements
Assist with audits, documentation reviews, and process improvement initiatives
Help maintain organized records, files, and legal documentation
Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
