In addition to hotline work, you will contribute to the Law & Policy Department’s broader mission through legal research, article drafting, presentations, and committee participation. Here, success means combining efficiency with empathy — answering questions quickly while ensuring members feel supported and confident in your guidance. With defined work hours, clear performance expectations, and a collegial team, this role balances meaningful impact with work/life stability.
