About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time, hybrid position based in our Milwaukee office. As a Client Advisor, you'll be a crucial link between Expert Institute and our attorney-clients, directly impacting case outcomes through expert witness selection and strategic consulting. This role combines legal analysis, client service, and project management in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
• 1-3 years of client or customer service experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities
• Natural problem-solver with a creative approach to challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive case intake conversations with attorneys
• Analyze case theories and develop targeted expert witness search strategies
• Translate complex legal needs into actionable research parameters
• Oversee end-to-end client engagements
• Ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality of all deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with attorney clients
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process
