About The Position

Surescripts serves the nation through simpler, trusted health intelligence sharing, in order to increase patient safety, lower costs and ensure quality care. We deliver insights at critical points of care for better decisions — from streamlining prior authorizations to delivering comprehensive medication histories to facilitating messages between providers. The Data & Analytics team partners across Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Growth to turn complex healthcare data into actionable insight. We work with large‑scale, real‑world data and responsibly apply advanced analytics and AI to support high‑impact decisions across the healthcare ecosystem. As Surescripts grows, Data & Analytics plays a central role in shaping our strategy. The work spans end‑to‑end analytics, advanced methods, and modern data and AI platforms using machine learning, automation, and AI‑assisted workflows to increase rigor, speed, and scale in a highly regulated, high‑impact domain where results truly matter. Team members are given meaningful ownership, work through ambiguity, and partner closely with stakeholders to deliver decision‑ready insights. This is not a posting for a specific open role. This evergreen opportunity is intended to broaden our reach and connect with professionals interested in future opportunities within Data & Analytics at Surescripts.
