Requirements
- Extensive experience in settlement negotiations, preferably for a plaintiff personal injury law firm's clients.
- Alternatively, experience in negotiating liability claims on behalf of an insurance carrier.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Join personal injury team as a case manager.
- Handle a compelling set of personal injury cases.
- Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of plaintiffs or insurance carriers.
