About The Position

We are seeking a Legal Case Manager to join our team. This position doesn't require a legal degree or prior immigration law experience. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the role. This is an onsite position in Austin, TX.

Requirements

Good English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good client service and professional communication skills.
Ability to learn complex processes and apply detailed guidelines consistently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
Professional demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in legal services, immigration, client service, writing, or another detail-oriented professional environment is a plus but not required.
Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and edit case-related documents and correspondence based on internal guidelines and established procedures.
Review and revise materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Communicate with clients through our case management system to address inquiries, request information and documentation, and provide case updates.
Assist with reference letter projects and other case-related documentation.
Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to keep cases moving forward.
Manage multiple cases and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
Maintain accurate and organized case records and documentation.
Work under deadlines to ensure timely completion and submission of client cases; occasional overtime may be required.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
