About The Position

Libra Solutions is seeking a skilled Case Coordinator with legal and/or medical experience. The coordinator evaluates prospective cases and makes funding-related decisions based on their merits. The role also explains Libra’s process and mission and builds relationships across legal and medical communities. This position is based in the Denver, Colorado office and requires working in-office. The coordinator manages an active caseload of approximately 100–150 cases, supports accident victims with medical treatment coordination, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Exemplary customer service and time-management skills.
Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Knowledge of medical terminology and the lifecycle of a case.
Ability to assess overall case metrics, build and maintain relationships with law firms, and make timely decisions independently and with support from a supervisor.
Ability to work in-office in Denver, Colorado.

Nice To Haves

1–3 years of personal injury industry or legal experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

Manage an active caseload of 100–150 cases.
Grow relationships with law firms and medical providers.
Communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to support high-quality care and service.
Manage medical treatment for accident victims, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, analyzing medical records, and arranging transportation.
Assess cases and make funding decisions up to $10,000.
Maintain workflow by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.
Occasionally assist with training new team members.
Articulate Libra’s process and mission to relevant parties.
