Requirements

• Ability to learn our firm’s file management system and client systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows
• General knowledge of office equipment

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years prior law office experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial drafts of discovery documents and pleadings using templates
• Electronically file documents in state and federal courts
• Update client systems
• Assist attorneys with court hearing and trial preparation
• May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
• May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
