About The Position

Koley Jessen is seeking a reliable and driven Legal Administrative Assistant to work closely with attorneys and paralegals to provide exceptional service and achieve the best results for clients. The Legal Administrative Assistant will also collaborate with other Legal Administrative Assistants on projects. The ideal candidate can multitask in a fast-paced environment, is proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technology, and possesses effective verbal and written communication skills. An eagerness to learn, critical thinking skills, and a high level of engagement are also important.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Two (2) years of legal assistant or administrative assistant experience
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer/software technologies
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and interest in finding responsible, practical ways to use AI to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Applying appropriate judgment when using AI tools, including reviewing and verifying AI-generated content for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness before use
  • Supporting attorneys, paralegals, and other team members with basic AI-related tasks and technology
  • Maintaining awareness of confidentiality, privacy, and other applicable requirements when using AI and technology
