LED Assembler
About The Position
ElectraLED is an innovative and excellent manufacturer of high quality, energy efficient commercial LED lighting to include signage, architecture, refrigerated display cases, and much more. We are looking to expand our LED Assembly team. If you are interested in working in a manufacturing environment that is air conditioned, well established and team oriented, we would like to hear from you. The LED Assembler / Production Worker will mount, wire and test electronic parts and LED lights into various casings and housings. This position requires the use of hand tools, solder material, final test equipment.
Requirements
- Attention to detail is a critical skill for this role
- Must be able to read assembly instructions
- Comprehension or ability to read product assembly drawings
- Comfortable using a computer
- Ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High level of motivation, self-management and effective interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Quality control experience helpful
- Prefer 1 year working hands-on in an electronics assembly/production role.
Responsibilities
- Assembly of a wide range of LED lighting products
- Electronic hand soldering
- Assist with product packaging
- Ensure highest level of quality workmanship
- Use innovation and creativity in developing new processes and procedures
- Quality control and product testing
