About The Position

The School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences is seeking a Semester Lecturer to provide teaching assistance in the Respiratory Therapy Division during Autumn and Spring semester. This person will serve as lead instructor for courses; communicate regularly with SHRS faculty and instructors to ensure a coordinated curriculum, satisfactory student progress; provide documentation as required for SHRS faculty to manage and evaluate the curriculum. The primary responsibility of this position is to present course material and collaborate with the primary instructor, be present in the lab to assist students with course assignments, meet regularly with the faculty, Program Director, Division Director, students if needed, and other parties as required, attend faculty meetings, represent the program at recruitment events, and conduct online sessions with students, if needed, via CarmenZoom.

Requirements

  • BS in Respiratory Therapy from a CoARC accredited Respiratory Program
