About The Position

Develops a course using established curriculum development methodology. Utilizes effective communication skills when guiding student learning experiences, working with faculty colleagues, and the healthcare team. Participates in the formative and summative evaluation of individual students. Demonstrates a good working relationship with faculty colleagues, support personnel, students, and the healthcare team. Implements a variety of teaching strategies to meet the learning needs of students as well as the course objectives. Participates in curriculum development and ongoing program evaluation and revision according to the program's Systematic Evaluation Plan. Performs ongoing assessment of student learning needs in the classroom and clinical learning environments. Promotes an environment conducive to student learning. Effectively implements the RN educator/faculty role.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or BSN and currently enrolled in an MSN program
• Prior Educator Experience Required
• PA Registered Nurse License
• CPR Certification
