URBN is looking for a Leave of Absence Specialist who will efficiently handle all cases and claims, and oversee general administration, comprehensive case management, and program compliance for various Leave of Absence (LOA) and Workers' Compensation programs, as well as related employment laws (e.g., Military, FMLA, Medical, Paid Parental). This role collaborates with HR colleagues to facilitate ADA/interactive processes and provides exceptional customer service and support to associates, executives, and HR partners. The LOA Specialist also maintains personnel records and ensures the collection and compilation of sensitive and confidential statistics, providing information to authorized individuals and agencies as needed. As a member of URBN's Total Rewards team, this role works collaboratively with Benefits, Compensation, Human Resources, Payroll, and HRIS colleagues to deliver a cohesive rewards experience for all employees.
