The Leave and Compliance Coordinator will ensure that all employee Leaves of Absence are documented and tracked for compliance purposes, including FMLA and disability leaves. The Associate will ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act guidelines. This is a great opportunity to start your compliance-driven career with the People and Culture Department! This role requires a basic understanding of the Family Medical Leave Act, Affordable Care Act, and other benefit-related federal or state-specific employment laws, as well as proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and exceptional attention to detail. This is an in-office position.
