This position will coordinate with Workday and Leave Administration Partners, to provide in-house administration of leaves of absence including but not limited to: FMLA, State Leave, STD, LTD, Military leaves, and unpaid personal leaves. This position will also coordinate leave with disability insurance benefits, and paid time off programs. Additionally, this position will communicate with management and teammates regarding the status of teammate leave of absence working specifically with the teammates to return to work. Bi-lingual is a plus.
