About The Position

As a Leasing Specialist for Padonia Village, you will work at a fast pace to lease beautiful apartment homes in a very competitive market at this community with 554 units. In addition, you will deliver after-sales service to meet the ongoing needs of existing residents. We are looking for an all-star Leasing Specialist who enjoys a multi-faceted role which includes leasing, resident engagement, event planning, social media, marketing outreach, and customer service.

Requirements

• Sales exp required, customer-service oriented
• Must be willing to work 2-3 Saturdays a month (closed on Sundays, still enjoy 40 hours per week).
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail required.
• Self-motivation and drive. Quick on your feet with a strong work ethic.
• People skills. Ability to have productive conversations with prospects and residents.
• Vehicle and driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing experience preferred, Yardi a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales focused role, greeting prospects and touring the community.
• Strong lead management to be able to convert leads to leases.
• Follow up via phone, email, RentCafe and Yardi CRM.
• Process applications, renewals and leasing paperwork in Yardi.
• Maintain accurate guest cards, traffic logs and other reports.
• Create and conduct fun events for the residents on a regular basis.
• Deliver great customer service to your current residents.
• Support resident retention efforts and handle all resident interactions professionally.
• Analyze and understand your market.
