About The Position

The Bainbridge Companies is seeking an inspiring and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to join their team. This role involves tailoring the leasing experience to each guest, closing leases, and providing excellent customer service to current residents. The company emphasizes experience and its team members, managing over 60 apartment communities with a unique approach to property management.

Requirements

  • Previous leasing or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, Knock, OneSite)

  • Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year.
  • Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary.
  • Ability to travel to attend various company gatherings.

Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically greet guests, understand their needs, and tour luxury communities to showcase the community and its unique offerings.
  • Prepare lease paperwork, conduct credit/background checks, manage the move-in process, and ensure a smooth move-in day experience.
  • Develop and implement local and digital marketing strategies across social media, events, and promotional activities.
  • Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and guests, promptly addressing questions, concerns, and maintenance requests.
  • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and networking to generate leads and schedule tours.
  • Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts by building strong relationships and providing personalized service.
  • Perform administrative duties including reporting, maintaining leasing files, updating databases, and processing rental payments.
