About The Position

As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a key role in the end-to-end documentation and funding process for equipment finance transactions. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse range of industries and equipment types while working in a structured, process-driven environment with clear workflows and accountability. This role offers a balance of independent work and collaboration with cross-functional partners, providing visibility across the broader financing process. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to six years of experience in leasing or other financial operations activities

  • Knowledge of products, terminology, closing policies and procedures, funding policies, underwriting requirements, legal documents, and systems related to assigned area of leasing operations
  • Knowledge of applicable credit policies and approval processes for assigned product(s), as well as applicable laws and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming document requests from internal partners for equipment finance transactions
  • Analyze supporting documentation, including: Invoices, Bills of sale, Sales orders, Wire instructions
  • Validate transaction details and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
  • Perform vendor callbacks to verify payment and wire instructions
  • Prepare and generate finance documents for internal review and customer execution
  • Coordinate with sales, credit, and operations partners to resolve discrepancies or missing information
  • Manage work within a queue-based environment, prioritizing tasks to meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support the transition of completed deals to the funding process, ensuring all documentation meets requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in multiple systems of record
