Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

Promptly answer phones.
Schedule tours and show apartments.
Follow-up with all prospects following and approved procedure.
Personally greet customers as they enter the office.
Generate computer leases and complete all lease procedures.
Consistently acquire a 33% show to lease ratio.
Consistently acquire a 62% telephone performance.
Consistently acquire a 50% phone to tour conversion.
Contribute marketing ideas and strategies to renting apartments including the production of ads and fliers.
Check and respond to office email.
Notify current residents of an upcoming tour.
