Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and maintain rental listings across major rental platforms
- Optimize property advertisements to maximize visibility and lead generation
- Respond promptly to prospective tenant inquiries
- Coordinate property showings and virtual tours
- Pre-screen applicants according to established criteria
- Assist with application processing and lease documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and tenant communications
- Monitor listing performance and recommend marketing improvements
- Ensure property information remains accurate and up-to-date
- Support tenant onboarding and move-in coordination
- Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, and property owners
