About The Position
As a Leasing Professional, you'll do more than help people find apartments—you'll help create a place they can proudly call home. From attracting and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process to completing move-ins and building lasting relationships, you'll play a vital role in the success of our community. Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Leasing or sales experience is a plus.

- Excellent Base Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour
