Multifamily leasing experience is highly preferred, but we also welcome candidates with experience in retail sales, hospitality, banking, wireless sales, or other customer-facing sales environments who have a proven ability to build relationships and close sales.

Requirements

Multifamily leasing experience preferred.
Sales, retail, or hospitality experience strongly considered.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes and community amenities.
Convert leads into leases through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Manage applications, lease paperwork, move-ins, and renewals.
Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
Build relationships with current residents to encourage renewals and resident satisfaction.
Partner with your onsite team to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
