• Availability to work Saturdays.

• Background in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with Entrata and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Complete lease paperwork and collect deposits.
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident files.
• Ensure model units and vacant apartments are ready for tours.
• Address resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with online and local marketing efforts.
• Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA guidelines.
