About The Position
Join Our Team as a Leasing Professional! Are you ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care to a community full of students building their future? We're looking for a Leasing Professional to join our team at a vibrant student housing community, where no two days look the same and every lease you sign helps create a home students are excited to live in! As a Leasing Professional, you'll be the face of our community — guiding prospective residents through the entire rental journey, from first tour to move-in day. You'll manage everything from attracting and assessing potential residents to finalizing lease documentation, all while building genuine connections with students and families along the way. Your energy and people skills will directly shape the success of our community!
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
- Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Leasing or sales experience is a plus.
