Requirements

• Customer service or sales experience required (leasing experience preferred)
• Experience with Ohio Tax Credit regulations preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, energetic, and solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment
• Tech-savvy; property management software experience is a plus
• High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Leasing experience preferred
• Experience with Ohio Tax Credit regulations preferred
• Property management software experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
• Lease apartments and close prospects effectively
• Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals
• Provide excellent resident and prospect customer service
• Keep leasing office, models, and tour paths presentation-ready
• Support resident communication and day-to-day office operations
• Assist with community engagement and events
