About The Position

As a Leasing Professional, you’ll help prospective residents find their next home while supporting move-ins, lease documentation, and resident satisfaction. Your day-to-day interactions with prospects and residents will play a key role in creating a welcoming community at our 221-unit property. Through professional communication, reliable follow-through, and exceptional customer service, you’ll help build trust, provide a positive living experience, and support the success of our community.

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience required
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff
• Strong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service
